TL;DR: This one isn't even that long just read it

In a perfect world, no doctor will ever have to say to anyone, child or adult, that they'll have a condition for the rest of their life. Not if that condition is diabetes, at least.
In a perfect world, those with a fear of needles don't need to worry about having to endure multiple shots a day.
In a perfect world, nobody will have their life expectancy shortened over an illness they couldn't have done anything to prevent.
In a perfect world, type 1 diabetes doesn't really exist.
In a perfect world, type 1 diabetes has a cure.
