Type 1 Together Initiative is a non-profit organization with the mission of creating a safe, inclusive, and supportive community for youth living with Type 1 Diabetes (T1D). We provide educational and support services for those living with T1D, as well as their families and caretakers. We are dedicated to helping them feel empowered to live their best life despite the challenges of T1D.
